Shipping & Returns
Our moisturing serum is posted and sent by New Zealand Post or New Zealand Post courier service (Courier Post) within NZ. Overseas shipping will be send via NZ postal services to keep shipping costs down. However, this means the time it takes is out of our control. We have estimated shipping times, but these are subject to change.
Please see below if you wish to return or exchange your product.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you find your moisturising serum has arrived and has leaked or is damaged, please immediately send us a photo of the damage, and the date you received it to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will either refund your money or replace the product, whichever suits you better.
Changing your mind is unfortunately not a case for a return or refund.
We also abide by the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act.
